The Palais des Ducs is a soft cheese made from cow’s milk. It is made from whole milk, to which we add cream to give it its infinite softness. The cheese is soft and melting. It is refined between 3 and 4 weeks. It has a soft taste, and has a white, powdery coating, and has a slight taste of almonds and milk. A true delight for delicate palates.
